jcloud.click is a cloud storage platform that provides:

• Secure file storage and management
• Text notes creation and organization
• File and note sharing capabilities
• User authentication and account management
• Storage quota management (1GB per user, 100MB per file)

3. Account Registration and Approval

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Approval Process

Our Service uses an approval-based registration system:

• All new registrations require administrative approval
• Your account will remain inactive until approved
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration at our sole discretion
• You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection decision

3.3 Account Security

• Maintaining the security of your account password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Storage Limits and Quotas

5.1 Storage Quota

Each user account is allocated a storage quota of 1GB. You may not exceed this quota. If you attempt to upload files that would exceed your quota, the upload will be rejected.

5.2 File Size Limits

Individual files are limited to 100MB in size. Files larger than this limit cannot be uploaded.

5.3 Quota Management

You are responsible for managing your storage quota. You can delete files and notes to free up space. We reserve the right to modify storage quotas at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Content Ownership and Responsibility

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you upload, store, and share
• Ensuring you have the right to upload and share your content
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding your content
• Backing up your important data (we are not a backup service)

6.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor or review user content, but we may do so at our discretion.

7. File Sharing

7.1 Sharing Features

The Service allows you to share files and notes with other users via email. When you share content:

• You control what content you share and with whom
• Recipients receive secure share links via email
• You can revoke sharing access at any time

7.2 Sharing Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to share the content
• Verifying the email addresses of recipients
• Complying with applicable laws when sharing content
• Not sharing content that violates these Terms

8. Service Availability and Modifications

• Fail to pay any fees (if applicable in the future)

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

12.2 No Data Loss Guarantee

We do not guarantee that your data will not be lost, corrupted, or deleted. You are responsible for backing up your important data. We are not a backup service.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, jcloud.click SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jcloud.click, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Content you upload, store, or share

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jcloud.click regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
